How to enter:
Eligible Participants can complete the online entry at https://cloud.dwrmail.com/sweepstakes by entering true and correct information in all of the fields, click to submit, and you will automatically receive one Sweepstakes entry. Electronic entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to a particular e-mail address by the applicable Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Design Within Reach with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry. By entering you agree to receive promotional emails from Design Within Reach and Entireworld.

Timing: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (ET) on May 9, 2019 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on May 27, 2019 (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

Eligibility:  Contest is open to individuals who are legal citizens of the United States who at time of entry reside within the United States and are age 18 or older. The contest is not open to employees, officers and directors of Design Within Reach nor Entireworld and the members of their households (whether related or not). Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of number of e-mail addresses or entries submitted.  Use of a profane username or the submission of false or misleading personal information will result in disqualification.  All entries become the property of the Design Within Reach.

No purchase necessary to enter or win.  A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.  The contest is void where prohibited and outside of the United States.

Winner: Design Within Reach will select the potential prize winner by conducting a random drawing on or about May 28, 2019.  Design Within Reach’s decisions are final and binding in all respects on all matters relating to the contest.  Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received prior to the drawing.  The potential prize winner will be notified by email at Design Within Reach’s discretion within 48 hours from the date of the random drawing and will be required to confirm acceptance of the Prize within three (3) days of notification. If the potential prize winner cannot be contacted, then such person will be disqualified and, at Design Within Reach’s sole discretion, another potential prize winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries received.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be given, bartered, substituted, sold or exchanged for cash or another prize.  There is no cash value for the prize. Design Within Reach reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.  The prize must be claimed within the timeframe specified by the Design Within Reach or the prize winner agrees to forfeit the prize in its entirety and the Design Within Reach will have no further obligations to the prize winner.  Prize winner is responsible for any and all taxes, insurance and other costs and expenses associated with accepting the prize.

One (1) prize will be awarded to one (1) winner.  No other prizes will be awarded.  Any and all costs and other expenses that may be incurred in order to claim the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

Design Within Reach is not responsible for winner limitations that prevent acceptance or use of any prize.

Design Within Reach is not responsible for entries that may be lost, delayed or misdirected, damaged, illegible, incorrect, or for printing errors in the entry forms, signage or rules.

Design Within Reach is not responsible for printing, production or distribution errors and may, at its sole discretion, rescind, cancel or revoke this sweepstakes based upon any such error without liability.

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to hold harmless Design Within Reach from any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from any injuries, damages or losses that may be sustained in connection with the ownership, use or misuse of any prize.

Design Within Reach shall be excused from its obligation to run the sweepstakes if its performance is delayed or prevented due to causes by control, including, but not limited to acts of God, war, and/or any acts of governmental authority.

Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that such person has met all eligibility requirements of the Promotion, including without limitation the execution of required waivers, publicity and liability releases and disclaimers, such person will be declared a “winner” of the Promotion.

General: None of Design Within Reach or any Promotional Partner will be responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries and accepts no responsibility for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from an entrant’s participation in the Promotion or use or misuse of the prize. By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and waives, and releases the Design Within Reach, each Promotional Partner and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, and all other organizations involved in this Promotion, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from, all claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use the prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.
